vihaco_abi::instruction

Bytecode-instruction traits, mounted at a stable `instruction` path so that derive-generated code can resolve `::<root>::instruction::OpCode` whether the resolved root is `vihaco_abi` (direct dependency) or the `vihaco` facade.
