Constant-jerk motion/timing model for AOD move durations.

Owns the physical timing constants and the derived move-duration formula. Defaults to the FLAIR constants extracted from bloqade-flair; construct with explicit values to model a different motion profile. This is the single source of truth shared with the Rust move-search solver.
